PROJECT NAME: BUILD YOUR FUTURE LOWER BASIC SCHOOL(BYFLS)

Summary
This Foundation was born in June 2008. It is a youth development establishment which aims itself at the developmental projects of youths in the Gambia and the world at large. It promotes the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and education for all.

The foundation shall require funds from well wishers, companies, friends, and philanthropists world wide. It requires the support of the government of the Gambia, the secretary of state for basic and secondary education and also secretary of state for youth, sports and culture.

Mission Statement Of The Project Plan
To promote the culture of self reliance, self development, self employment, and entrepreneurship among youths for a better and a stronger Gambia.

The purpose of the project is to build a strong foundation for the Gambian youths and enable them to become architects of their future. We discourage youth dependency, and also illegal traveling to abroad.

The foundation shall engage in a variety of youth developal activities as enlisted bellow:
- Music
- Sports
- Health
- Agricultural
- Nature awareness

BUDGET
The lower basic school project shall attract a budget of about one hundred and twenty five thousand US dollars (US 125,000). This would include the building cost and also the furniture costs.
