Build Your Future Lower Basic School (BYFLS)

Helping them to discover their own talents
Creating a future for the youth in the Gambia is the main target of the BYFF. For that it is needed to build schools in special education.
The school’s main objective is helping the youth to discover their own talents. Every child has it’s own unique talents. That can be in music, sports, nature, tourism, crafts and more.
It is very importent for them to discover what they like to do in the future and how they can use their talents to become indepentend.

Helping them to develop their talents further
The next step in the education process is helping them to develop their talents.
For Instance: When a child has found out that he or she is a very talented guitar player. He or she needs a guitar and a teacher to develop their talents any further. The BYFLS will provide instruments and education to reach this goal.

Helping them to become architects of their own lives
When somebody discovered his talents and knows how to use these talents to earn money, to make a living and to grow up happy in the Gambia.

Other BYFLS objectives
Next to helping them to create a future, there are a few another importent goals:
- Discourage illegal travelling to abroad
- Discourage teenage pregnancy and early marriage
- Education in health (How to protect against Malaria and HIV)
